These beta terms cover Bot Party (the game) and Logo Party (advertising). Features, pricing, and policies may change. By using the site you agree to these terms.
Playing
The game is provided as-is for entertainment. Do not attempt to disrupt servers, forge visibility telemetry, or abuse sessions. We may throttle, reset, or refuse traffic that looks fraudulent.
Advertising
Advertisers must have rights to logos and destinations they submit. We may reject or remove creatives and destinations that violate our content standards. Auctions run in short epochs; you pay for verified on-screen logo seconds per the product rules shown in the advertiser portal. Prepaid funds and settlements follow the checkout and portal disclosures at the time of purchase.
Disclaimer
The service is beta software. We disclaim warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law and limit liability for outages, lost bids, measurement disputes, or incidental damages arising from use of the game or ads product.
