Logo Party (the commercial product) and Bot Party (the playable game) are in beta. This notice explains what we collect while you play or advertise. It is a working draft for advertiser trust, not final counsel-approved policy.
Play sessions
Anonymous play does not require an account. The game may send short-lived session and visibility telemetry so we can serve and bill verified on-screen logo seconds. We do not sell play-session data, and advertiser billing is based on verified visibility — not cookies or cross-site tracking profiles.
Advertiser accounts
If you sign in to advertise, we store account details you provide (such as email, organization name), creatives you upload, destinations you configure, bids, funding records, and campaign reports. Payment card entry is handled by our payment processor; we do not store raw card numbers.
Ads funding the product
Logo placements fund the experience. Measurement for billing counts seconds a logo was sufficiently visible on a real player screen. We retain operational and financial records as needed to run auctions, settle spend, and prevent abuse.
